4.2. Description of Services for Sportsmen

4.2.2. A reservation service for leisure and sports activities
To make a reservation with a Partner, a User must perform the following steps:-

4.2.3. A commentary service of the Activities
There is 1 way for a Sportif to comment on the service provided by Partner: The Partner may send an e-mail to the Sportsperson containing a link, to the commentary service, allowing the Sportif, who participated in an activity with this Partner, to comment on the quality of the service provided by the Partner. The User must provide personal information (Name, Surname and E-mail address), add his comment and read and accept the Terms.Comment posting conditions
In order to publish a comment, the Member must have participated, in the last three years, as of their publication, in an activity proposed by the Partner.Verification of comments
Each comment may be subject to or undergoes a human verification procedure within four weeks of its publication. The company SkiScool is held only to an obligation of means in the control of the comments. Verification of comments is intended to ensure compliance of comments to these Terms of Use. The User is informed that his comment may be rejected by SkiScool and in particular for the following reasons:- Member's non-compliance with "Conditions for posting comments";

5.1. Liability related to the content of the Site

Any activity carried out by the Sportsman, not supervised, to accompany or coached by a Partner is not the responsibility of this Partner. The Partner can not be held responsible for any damage suffered or caused by the Sportsman related to the use of material not supplied by the Partner. The Partner can not be called upon to guarantee any damage that could be caused, directly or indirectly, by the Sportsman. Each Sportsman carries out the activity under his own responsibility, knowing his level and all possible risks related in particular to snow, weather, fauna and flora of the environment and the environment concerned. The Partner can not be held responsible in case of injury, accident or death of the Sportsman, only in case of gross or intentional negligence of the Partner. The company SkiScool is not responsible for the actions or omissions of the Partners who remain solely responsible for the entirety of the terms and conditions of execution of the Activities with regard to the Athletes. In particular, SkiScool is not required to check the existence, quality, availability, conformity, overall condition of the profiles advertised or the ability of Members to make the reservation. Thus, the responsibility of the company SkiScool can not be engaged in particular because of damage that would have occurred by the fraudulent behavior or the fault of the Sportsman or the Partner during, before, or after the Activity. In particular, no form of liability can be held against SkiScool in case of fraudulent use of payment instruments by the Athlete.
